I have spent my entire career in Scotland’s public sector, with almost 20 years’ experience in social enterprise, further/higher education, national government and health and social care. 

I have always loved working with people and derive a huge sense of satisfaction from supporting them to achieve their potential.

I warmly welcome clients regardless of their background and circumstances who are committed to engage with coaching and development to make positive changes in their lives and organisations.

I have significant experience in supporting people who identify as neurodivergent, and people with care experience.

Team Development

Kerry has the skill to design and deliver team development sessions and programmes. Her level of creativity and innovation in the design stimulates programmes of real value and her engaging, lively delivery style is the best way to kick off any programme.
